Individual Shadow Work Sessions
I offer face to face shadow work sessions in the Green Room in Frome. When appropriate I also offer sessions via zoom.
Individual Healing The Shadow sessions last between 2 and 5 hours. The first session is usually five hours (or alternatively a series of 3 two hour sessions). Further sessions are tailored in length and frequency to the individual requirements of each client.
Please feel free to call for further information and a discussion of what you would like from the work. It is also possible to book a 90 minute introductory session where you can come and get a flavour of the Healing The Shadow process and an understanding of what it could offer you.
People use this work in a variety of ways. Some people come for a one off session to work on something quite boundaried and specific. Other people come for a series of sessions, maybe 3 or 4 sessions altogether over several months in order to get to the bottom of a particular issue. Other people use the work in an ongoing way to support their personal development, for example coming for a two hour session once a fortnight, or a five hour session once a month. Before you start we can discuss together your particular requirements and how you would like to access Healing The Shadow work.
Fees for Individual Shadow Work Sessions
I work with a wide variety of clients and my fee scale is designed to accommodate this.
Fees are calculated using an hourly rate. I offer a sliding scale based on ability to pay.
The hourly rate for shadow work sessions in Frome is from £80 – £150 per hour.
The hourly rate for shadow work sessions in Bristol is from £90 – £160 per hour. (I am currently not working in Bristol due to covid restrictions.)
The hourly rate for online shadow work sessions via zoom is from £80 – £150 per hour
On booking I ask that you choose the hourly rate that is appropriate for you at this time.

I work with a wide variety of clients and my fee scale is designed to accommodate this.
Fees are calculated using an hourly rate. I offer a sliding scale based on ability to pay.
The hourly rate for couples sessions in Frome is from £90 – £160 per hour.
The hourly rate for couples sessions in Bristol is from £100 – £180 per hour. (I am currently not working in Bristol due to covid restrictions.)
The hourly rate for couples sessions via zoom is from £90 – £160 per hour.
On booking I ask that you choose the hourly rate that is appropriate for you at this time.
Body Work
I offer sessions at the Alma Vale Centre in Bristol and from my home practice in Frome.
Body work takes place fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing.
Longer sessions are available by negotiation. These can include an element of Healing The Shadow work and an opportunity for deeper exploration of personal issues.

Bookings and cancellations Policy
I take deposits on booking for all sessions and workshops. Deposits are to be paid within 24 hours of booking and are non refundable and non transferable. The remaining balance is due two weeks before an individual session takes place, four weeks before a workshop or six weeks before the start of a Six Month journey. From this point onwards the balance is non refundable and non transferable.
